Al Serradell, co-owner of West Winds Media, holds an M.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is an established author with a book of inspirational essays, Chorizo & Eggs on Sunday, to his credit. His short stories can also be found in Food Fight, a collection of stories and recipes, Rocking Chair Reader: Memories from the Attic, and Rocking Chair Reader: Family Gatherings. His work has appeared in numerous newspapers in Oklahoma and Colorado. Currently, Serradell is writing stories for the West Winds Media publication The Geezer's Guide to Good Times, a "feel-good" anthology in the vein of Chicken Soup for the Soul, and a young adult novel, Life on Mars. Al Serradell (and Cheryl Pierson) teach a variety of seminars and classes in several locations in the Oklahoma City area. Some of their classes include the very popular Writing Your Life Story, Genre Novel Writing, Writing for Children, Young Adult Novels, and coming soon, Writing Romance. In addition, a Screenplay Writing class is planned.
