Inclusive Language Guide (OPT)

We want to make sure everyone feels empowered, valued, and safe to be their whole selves at work. One way we do this is through inclusive and respectful communication with our coworkers and guests. The Inclusive Language Guide takes approximately 25(m) to 35(m) to complete.

In this guide we'll explore:

  • The definition of inclusive language.
  • Why inclusive language is important.
  • How to talk to people with different identities in an inclusive way.
