Over the past several months, the Communication Cabinet has been reviewing the results of the Internal Communication Survey. Below you can download the comprehensive analysis of the survey including the raw data to complete your own analysis.
The survey report also includes:
Staff care about communications and want to be a part of the decisions so they can understand how decisions impact their day-to-day responsibilities.
Transparency at the local level is high. The further away from their work location, the lower the rating. Make communications more authentic to build trust.
There are multiple communication methods at the library. Email and supervisor communications rated the highest forms.
There's a lot of information being shared. But not all information is meaningful or complete. A lot of the "why" is missing.
If you have any questions, please add a comment below or email the Communication Cabinet [1].
