What: Info Magazine is relaunching! The monthly magazine features:
When: We’re planning for October 2021 to be our first edition, and it will hit libraries at the end of September.
Where: The magazine is circulated from all 19 of our library locations.
Why: This magazine serves as a resource for customers to learn about library news, services, their community and other customers. This is one way we can reach customers who we might not see our commercials, social media posts or promotional materials through other avenues. Info Magazine aims to educate and entertain.
How / What You Need to Do: How does it all come together? Marketing will work with engagement managers to ensure library programs are finalized within Library Market by the 20th of the month one month before the publication date. This deadline is only for inclusion within Info Magazine; programs planned after the deadline won't make it into the magazine, but could be promoted through other avenues.
Morgan Day will send an email reminder to engagement managers the week of the 20th to ensure events are up to date.

Marketing currently is working on assembling a team of library staff to review books, movies, magazines, etc. (see previous intranet post), and collecting location quanities so we understand how many issues we'll print for our first edition, as well as other aspects of the relaunch.
