Statistics Update
Manisha Koosuru, Data Analyst in Strategic Planning, is currently working on our Statistics page on the Intranet. Charts are currently being added and fine tuned; a completed page should be ready to roll out next week!
In the meantime, Beanstack has an extensive system of reports that staff can run to see past and current Summer Reading statistics at the local level. This year EPS set up a course in EduBrite regarding how to use these reports that's accessible to Library Managers, Engagement Managers, and Access Managers.
As of this morning, we are up to 8579 participants, with over half of those participants logging their reading. We are 21% of the way towards meeting our community goal of 8 million points, with participants logging 1,717,353 points thus far in our Summer Reading challenge!
Staff and customers can refer to our new goal tracker when logged in to Beanstack to see our progress in real time towards our community goal of 8 million points!
Summer Programs with the Museum of Osteology, Science Museum Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Museum of Art, and more!
Make sure to check out our special Summer Reading printable for more information about our themed Summer Reading programs for customers. A PDF [2] can be accessed on the Summer Reading Downloads page for quick and easy printing.
As always, please check out our Summer Reading Intranet page [3] for assistance with all your questions or reach out to EPS via phone or email; we are here to help.
