Notetaker Rotation for Leadership Minutes

The Leadership Team minutes will indicate the decisions made, not the discussions, kudos etc.

The current note-taker will forward the completed minutes to the note-taker on either side of them in the rotation schedule by the Monday following the meeting. These 3 note-takers will review and comment on the minutes and then share the completed minutes on SharePoint and post to the Intranet by the following Wednesday.

Please know which month your month is to be the note-taker, so you will be prepared. Ensure the minutes are uploaded to the Intranet within 5 business days.

• Everyone participates 
• Be present and focused 
• Start and finish on time 
• Speak up and ask questions  
• Raise issues in the meeting 
• Respect confidentiality 
• Be respectful of others’ opinions and time
• Notetaker comes prepared and uploads minutes within 5 working days of meeting with action items and future planning items cleared noted
