The program planning workflow and phases are cyclical with the following headings: Dream [1], Build [2], Launch [3], and Reflect [4].
We chose to use the term “semester” to split up the calendar into three sections Fall (September-December), Spring (January-April), and Summer (May-August). The phases allow for early planning while still meeting calendar deadlines.
