We’re excited to provide a day of education, enrichment, team building, and recognition for all Metro Library Staff. Please take a minute to complete your Staff Day registration, including lunch selection and breakout session preferences. Attendance: Full-time employees are required to attend. Part-time and half-time employees are welcome and encouraged to attend. Part-time and half-time employees may attend the full day or a half-day session. Part-time employees attending a half-day session must choose between the morning session (8am-1pm) or afternoon session (12pm-4pm). Both options include lunch. Please work with your supervisor to adjust your schedule as needed to accommodate your attendance within weekly hours. 

Dress Code: Friday casual – jeans and a nice shirt or library t-shirt. Name tags are required. The hotel sets the temperature for the venue so please dress appropriately (e.g. bring a sweater, cardigan, jacket, etc.)

Meals: Breakfast will be served buffet style with pastries and fruit. Lunch will be served as a plated meal. Beverage service (including coffee!) will be available all day. Please pack an afternoon snack if you know you'll get hungry - you'll want to keep your energy up to get the most out of Staff Day!

Carpool: We encourage staff to carpool as parking gets tight no matter what venue! There are 320+ spots available at a first come, first served basis.
