Happy first day of Summer Reading!  

Have you had a chance to check out the Downloads [1] page on the Summer Reading section of the Intranet? EPS has uploaded several documents over the last couple of days to help you at your locations. 

• Printable Logs (English [2]& Español [3])
  • Time Log – Cross off or color in music symbols for every 20 minutes read.
  • Reading Log – List the books you read during Summer Reading.
  • Circle Log – Color in each 20 minute section complete.
  • Please note that more printable Spanish logs will be uploaded soon!
• Printable Certificates [4] – We have received feedback from locations regarding the difficulty of printing certificates for participants in library. There are three certificates to choose from (10 Hour, 20 Hour, & Read it Forward). Simply open the certificate, type in the participant name, and PRINT. These printable certificates do not match our online certificates exactly, but they are close enough to be sisters – just not twins. 
• Logs for Program Use [5] – We also received a suggestion to create logs that customers can fill out to log their minutes when they attend programs. Families or individuals can pick up this log while in a program and drop it off for Teen Volunteers to enter. They are easy to use logs that come 4 to a sheet. You can print, cut, and have them handy for your next program.
• Badge Cheat Sheets [6] – A listing of available badges.
• Theme Badge Poster [7]– A beautiful poster listing all of the theme specific badges this year.
• #ireadbecause Template [8] – Print out this template on colorful paper and cut out and display the circles so that your customers can let you know why they read!
