I’m disappointed to say that, come December 1st, the library will no longer be able to offer PressReader. We were unable to come to a contract agreement. I know many members depended on PressReader for local, national, and international news. I am on the hunt for a replacement but so far nothing matches what PressReader was able to provide, not only in terms of content, but mobility and usability.
Marketing has put together statements for you to use when talking about the cancellation with members. Please reach out to any members you know are PressReader users to inform them of the change.
