Bodies need work to keep them running right, and the OSU Cooperative Extension's Nutrition Specialist, Amanda Ford, is here to guide you on making the perfect smoothie with a healthy swirl! Whether you're building strong bones, losing weight, building muscle, or keeping heart healthy, there is a recipe for you to try! We will even make a few for you to sample! Be sure to checkout the library's collection of health and nutrition cookbooks on your visit!
