Will the pay ranges for Access Services Managers & Engagement Supervisors be similar? I know this will be determined in the class & comps study, but some Leads have expressed concern that the pay ranges might be dramatically different based on education.

You are correct - this will be determined by the class & comp study. While I would not want to hazard a guess as to what the ultimate answer, the thing we want all staff to know and understand today is that no staff member who takes a lateral transfer will have his/her current salary go down as a result of this realignment OR the class & comp study. What may change is their ultimate earning potential based on pay grade, which will be determined by the class & comp study.
