Program Description: 
Enjoy good company, coffee, and crafts on the second Saturday of the month. Learn a new skill or share your expertise! We provide the place, the coffee and the materials. Not feeling crafty? No worries, board games and playing cards are also available. Come for coffee, stay for fun and conversation! This is a recurring event and takes place on the second Saturday of each month.

This program increases market penetration and member retention, through learning for enjoyment.

Ensure a Welcoming Experience: Visitors are welcomed into an atmosphere of hospitality, exemplary service, and friendly interaction.
Why will this program be successful?: 
Members can come and go as their schedule allows for fellowship and crafts and coffee. If they enjoy themselves, they'll be able to plan for the event monthly. This will also give us an opportunity to promote programs to the same group, such as book club. Once the initial setup has been purchased, this will be a very affordable program.
How will success be measured/determined?: 
Attendance over three consecutive months

Coffee and Craft Supplies Folgers Coffee regular and decaf Cookies that you think would go with coffee Lemonade mix Styrofoam cups (must be Styrofoam for the coffee) Dessert sized disposable plates Something with which to store and serve prepared coffee (perhaps another CL has this) Crochet hooks Knitting needles Yarn, preferably I Love This Yarn brand from Hobby Lobby. It's cheap, but not so cheap that no one wants to use it. Origami paper Embroidery needles Embroidery hoops (2 or 3 at least) Embroidery thread (multicolored) Adult Coloring books (I'll just run off copies, so really nice ones wouldn't go to waste) Fine tipped markers and colored pencils (no, we don't have these)
