You need to start asking yourself where you see yourself - Access or Engagement. This requires self-assessment, and asking what drives you? What work excites you? The most important thing to remember is that there is a place for each and every one of our current Assistant Managers and Lead Librarians. Where you land depends on the kind of work you want to do every day. We're also considering some possible self-assessment tools to help our managers make some of these decisions.
