On the handouts and PowerPoint, the Downtown Library is separated out from the other libraries. Do you envision a different role for the Downtown Library?

Yes, the Downtown Library [1] will provide some branch level services, but will also house some specialty and system-wide functions, such as genealogy, the Oklahoma Collection.
