What are the implication of the socioeconomic split between the two branch-heavy Public Services groups? 1. North & West (ED, etc) – rich, white. 2. South and East (AL, RE, etc) – poorer, more non-white.

Library services are delivered equitably, regardless of where the library is located, or who is being served. The whole purpose of the system-wide priorities is to ensure that ALL members are afforded the highest levels of service.
