Program Description: 
It's chilly and Choctaw's Yoga in the Parks is moving indoors! Join them at the Choctaw library for the winter months. An experienced instructor will guide you through basic yoga poses and breathing techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Class is appropriate for beginners. This is a recurring club event and takes place every Monday and Wednesday.
