Essential oils can benefit us on many levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. In this discussion session, we'll learn what essential oils are, how they work in the body, how to use them, and how they can benefit us. Participants will experience a variety of essential oils, and create items that they can take home! Check our shelves for more books and resources on this subject!
