Program Description: 
Light up your love at the Bethany Library. Come join us and make a paper circuit Valentine’s Day card for that special someone who brightens your day. These DIY cards are the perfect mix of science, technology, and crafting. You will have fun making a card while learning about how circuits work.

This program will meet the goals of MLS by sparking the interest of teens and showing them something really cool that they can make in the library. This program should build engagement by providing hands on technology to our members by allowing them to make their own electric circuit. This program fits the "Create with Technology" programming theme dimension.

Satisfy Curiosity: Your libraries are centers that offer access to civic, cultural and community enrichment opportunities.
Why will this program be successful?: 
This program will be successful because it will be both a fun and educational experience for teens. Teens will get to make their very own paper circuit! Many of our members might not go to schools that have maker spaces or other STEAM projects for the teens to work with, so this will be a new experience for some of our members!
