Join in this fun, low impact exercise and improve your muscle strength and balance! Open to ages 13 and up. This free workshop is sponsored by The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, a program of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine and is supported by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation. This class is open to beginners and those who have not completed a previous Moving for Better Balance workshop.
