Come join us for a fun afternoon of creativity! Skilled Librarians will be on hand to guide you through a story time followed by some delightful craft activities, . On your way out, pick up a few of our favorite picture books or crafting books to enjoy at home.

Crafternoon typically has a good attendance rate, and group members are fully engaged. It has the added the benefit of providing constructive opportunities for children already in the building.

Final Comments:
Even though the books read during Crafternoon tend to be geared toward pre-K aged children, the older children in attendance seem to genuinely enjoy them. I think for some, it may help fill the void of an early experience they may have missed out on.
