Program Description: 
Can you bend like a pretzel while balancing on one leg? Yoga doesn't have to be crazy or hard, it can be fun and challenging; making you stronger in body and mind! Join other kids your age and be guided through easy yoga poses and on to better health. Then check out some kids' yoga books and videos and continue learning beyond the class! Yoga mats provided. This event is taking place on Tuesdays for four weeks starting January 10th.
