How & why does this program meet the goals of the MLS?: 
Commitment to Learning as Enjoyment-This kind of program for teens is something that will be enjoyable for this age group. And while there may be information that they don't know, they will learn from it and encourage them to seek out knowledge even if it is for the sake of the next similar event. They are learning and having fun at the same time.
Which Strategic Plan Response/Goals does this program meet?: 
Satisfy Curiosity: Visitors explore their interests using the variety of information at the library.
Why will this program be successful?: 
If there are questions or topics that the members were unfamiliar with, they will seek information out about that topic. They can request specific topics be included in the next teen trivia event. This will let them know they are being heard and that the program is tailored to them.
How will success be measured/determined?: 
If the members are visibly having fun. If they request a similar event be scheduled in the near future. If they ask for specific topics to be included in the next event.
