Program Description: 
Discover Local. Discover Oklahoma. Starting in November, the Downtown Library will be hosting three monthly gallery exhibitions of work by Oklahoma artists surrounded by our historic Oklahoma Collection. The Oklahoma Collection is housed in the Oklahoma Room of the Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library and contains books written about Oklahoma or written by Oklahomans. We also have a collection of photographs, maps, and other primary research materials which bring Oklahoma history to life.

It highlights our often overlooked Oklahoma Collection. By bringing in local artists and showing their work it also fulfills the goal of our "Collection Anywhere" portion of our Library Unbound initiative.
