Making communities smarter is one of the goals of the library system. In this case, we are assisting children with their reading skills so that they can improve in school and enjoy reading books from the library.

Find, Evaluate & Use Information: Our community has access to expert library staff with up-to-date knowledge, skills and abilities to deliver library services.
Why will this program be successful?: 
We are exposing children and families to books with the hope that they will become life long readers and so that they will succeed in school and in life.

Success will initially be determined by attendance and feedback from parents, as well as from volunteers who will observe individual improvement in reading skills over time
