Program Justification
Is a program the best way to meet the expressed need or present information?:
Yes
Does the program fit the goals of the MLS?:
Yes
How & why does this program meet the goals of the MLS?:
This program fulfills our core value of "Commitment to Learning as Enjoyment" by providing "fun fellowship" that is focused on practicing STEM skills and environmental manipulation. This also builds on one of our most popular events, "LEGO Club." By providing an additional LEGO event we will be attracting new members and convincing existing members to come more often, increasing our market penetration and member retention.
Which Strategic Plan Response/Goals does this program meet?:
Satisfy Curiosity: Visitors explore their interests using the variety of information at the library.
Why will this program be successful?:
By building off of the previous success of other LEGO events.
How will success be measured/determined?:
By comparing the event to other LEGO events while taking into consideration the Saturday event date.
