Protein? Kale? Gluten free? Ever wonder about these trends popping up in your grocery store aisles? Well, wonder no more! Join us for a discussion about five food trends of 2016 and examine if there is any real credibility to their health claims. Food samples provided. Taught by OSU Extension FCS Educator and Registered Dietitian Amanda Ford.
