Were materials checked out on the program topic?:

Were the direct and indirect costs warranted based on the success of this event/program?:
Since Josh (the librarian who did the program) dealt with all things regarding the budget, I'm not sure how much it ended up costing. Whatever it cost though, it was definitely worth it.
It was by far though the most popular program all summer for tweens. I averaged around 30 kids for each program. The kids AND parents loved it. I loved watching the parents get involved with the science experiments as well. Not only do I need to do more STEM related programs, but also FAMILY programs are important too.
Also Josh must become a travelling librarian to all the libraries doing his science camps all year long!
