Program Description: 
Body and Brain Yoga with Shauna Recurring Every Wednesday in June and 1 Wednesday in July for 6 weeks June 1,8,15,22,29 and July 6, 2016 6:15 pm--7:15 pm ADULTS Registration staff and customer Class size 20 5 on wait list Shauna Leonard will lend her expertise in these body and brain yoga classes. Yoga will be incorporated with beginner meditation to release stress and relax the soul. Resource materials will be available.
