Teaching children to manage stress can certainly be beneficial and help them be more successful in school and life. This program is providing an enrichment opportunity for the children.

Satisfy Curiosity: Your libraries are centers that offer access to civic, cultural and community enrichment opportunities.
Why will this program be successful?:
We offered Yoga in January and it was quite a hit. Even some of our regular kids who usually are only interested in the computer were very excited about the yoga program and gave up computer time to participate.
