The volunteers will gain valuable planning and teaching experience. They can also promote the program among family and friends. They will have a stake in the program.

This program will help volunteers gain valuable experience. It will make the parents of these teens see that the library is helping their kids with their careers, self-esteem, and development on many levels. It will also help promote the library with the local community.
