To show off their health and physical prowess, ancient Greeks would compete in yearly competitions, known as the Olympics! Ancient Greek boys and girls started training by exercising and eating healthy at an early age to be contenders in the first Olympic games. Learn how the ancient Greeks trained for the Olympics and the games they played that got them ready to compete.
