Program Description: 
We’re opening our meeting room to crafters to enjoy each other’s company as we work! Bring your own current project and your conversation. We’ll provide light refreshments and plenty of space to spread out. Artists, knitters, scrapbookers – all are welcome. We’ll also have adult coloring pages, coloring pencils, and markers available for those who don’t bring a project. Be sure to check out our selection of DIY crafting books while you’re here!

This program will in ensure a welcoming experience by providing crafters an opportunity to socialize with other individuals with similar hobbies while completing projects that they have been meaning to do, but just haven't had the time or space to spread out and do so.

Ensure a Welcoming Experience: Visitors are welcomed into an atmosphere of hospitality, exemplary service, and friendly interaction.
Why will this program be successful?: 
This program will serve as an additional time for crafters to meet besides the monthly knitting club that is held on a weekday evening. It will be open to all crafters - not just needle workers.

This program will meet the needs of various crafters who need a place away from home to spread out and get their crafting projects done. I have chosen Sunday afternoons as an alternative for those who are not able to make it to our weekday evening programs. Projected budget is $10 per month for the cost of refreshments.
