Program Description: 
Anything Goes Dance Aerobic Class Tuesdays and Wednesdays February 2016 Feb 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17,23,24 Area dance aerobics instructor, Sheridan Robison will teach this beginning dance aerobics class for adults. To the rhythms and sounds of a variety of upbeat dance music, this class will give participants a jumpstart on the fitness track to improved health. Health benefits of dance aerobic exercise, besides strengthening the heart and lungs, dance aerobic exercise can help lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, improve the immune function, and lower the blood pressure. Physical benefits, dance aerobic exercise burns up calories, which can in turn help shed excess weight. Dance Aerobic exercise also tones muscles and improves posture.
