Discover the lost art of paper quilling. Also known as paper filigree. Quillwork transforms simple strips of paper into intricate designs. Learn how easy it is to make the basic shapes of quillwork, and create beautiful embellishments to decorate picture frames, scrapbook pages, gift tags, cards, and more. Get inspired using the library's collection of books on paper quilling and other forms of paper crafts.
