Program Description:
Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and skill levels. This program will be put on by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI).
