Program Description:
Be Your Own H.E.R.O Honored Empowered Resilient Outstanding What if some of your everyday habits were actually putting you in danger? Think about it, the tragic assaults and kidnappings are alarming. Women are not to blame for these tragedies, but we need to make sure that we're doing everything in our power to stay safe. Lt. Betsy Randolph with the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety will provide personal safety tips and techniques to help you to be your own H.E.R.O.
