Have you encountered Summer Reading participants who cannot print their own completion certificate?  If so, here are some great steps to print off a completion certificate for a specific customer.  

1. Log into the Staff Summer Reader Admin Site
2. Click on Reports
3. Click on Certificates Report
4. Select the certificate you want to print.  It will be whatever program the participant has registered.
5. Then check the participant's registered program.  The same as the certificate.
6. Click the + next to Registration Filters
7. Type in the Child's first and last name
8. Click the Run Report button
9. The certificate should then pop up in a new window and you can print!

Here are the instructions for printing the certificate to full page without a whole bunch of junk on it:

1. In your browser, click File > Print Preview
2. From their, click Page Setup or Settings (depending on your browser you may have a Page settings button or a button that looks like a cog).
3. In Paper Options or Orientation, select Landscape.
4. There should also be a setting to make the certificate "fit" the page or screen.  Make sure you check these settings and apply them to see how it looks before your print.
5. In Headers & Footers all options should be selected as Empty.
6. Hit the OK button.
7. Hit the Print button.
