Were the direct and indirect costs warranted based on the success of this event/program?:
Since this was a passive program, it is hard to evaluate. I didn't do any outside marketing, just around the library. We had 16 teens participate by taking home a book, but no one swapped a book out with another one which is fine because I really needed to get rid of some of my gift books. I would like to do it again next year and give it more hype about actual swapping.
