Reputable institutions that provide GED (General Educational Development) or ESL (English as a Second Language) classes that are open to the public and free are exempt from public rental fees.
The following 501(3)c non-profit literacy organizations are exempt from public space rental fees:
All exemptions are subject to periodic review by the Library Administration.
