Removing a barrier to using our Kindle titles

Have you ever had to help walk someone through the laborious steps of checking out one of those USB Only Kindle titles? As of this morning, our Kindle titles from the Penguin Publishing Group (whose stable of authors includes Lee Child, Sue Grafton, Nora Roberts, and Stephen King) no longer have this requirement so customers can download these titles the same way they download the rest of the Kindle titles in our catalog, i.e. wirelessly. This is the removal of a big barrier to good customer service so be sure to let your customers know about it!
