Cybersecurity – Identifying Phishing and Social Engineering scams.

The Metropolitan Library System has seen an increase in cyber attacks in the form of Phishing and Social Engineering recently. There are systems in place to reduce the amount of these attacks reaching our staff, however, it’s impossible to stop all attacks. The best way we can prevent falling victim to these attacks is by knowing how to identify when a scammer is using one of these methods to defraud the Metropolitan Library System.
