May 2023 - Compliance - Code Adam: All Staff (REQ)

The Code Adam program is widely used to help prevent child abductions and quickly locate missing children. To enhance our guests' experience and prioritize the safety and security of children as we enter summer and summer reading, MLS will be reintroducting Code Adam training.

This training will consist of:

An online interactive course that includes a video and resources about the Code Adam program, along with a post training acknowledegment. All locations will also receive a Code Adam kit from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children that includes Code Adam window decals and a large poster to be placed in Staff break areas.

Approximate time to complete this course: 30(m). For your convenience, you will find it on your Dashboard under "My Required Assignments" in MetroU. 

**All Staff please complete this course by Wednesday, May 31st, 2023.**

May 2023 - Compliance - Introduction to Federal Employment Law: Supervisors (REQ)

This training will consist of:

Downloadable copies of our SH policies found on the Intranet, a video on federal employment law created by McAfee & Taft, and a 12-question knowledge check.

Approximate time to complete this course: 25(m). For your convenience, you will find it on your Dashboard under "My Required Assignments" in MetroU. 

**Supervisors, please complete this course by Wednesday, May 31st, 2023.**
