Internal Assessment Survey Results

In mid-November, our internal assessment survey went out to all staff and Library Commissioners.  This survey was intended to help us evaluate how we work as an organization and how we want to work in the future so we can move forward as a team toward a common purpose.  The first results from the survey are posted here and were also shared with the Library Commission at their December meeting.  More results will be shared in January when Planning and Assessment has had more time to identify the best format for sharing the different pieces of information.  

Thank you to Planning and Assessment for developing the survey and analyzing results and a big thank you to everyone who participated!  I know it took time, and also some faith in the process, but these results are very valuable and will inform decisions and processes in the coming months.
