August Required Compliance Course: Code Adam - Due 08/31/19

All staff are required to complete the Code Adam August 2019 (REQ) course in EduBrite for this month's compliance training.  Code Adam is designed to provide staff with the knowledge and resources to respond quickly and effectively to situations involving a missing child.  On April 30, 2003 “Code Adam Act of 2003” became law. It requires that the designated authority for a public building establish procedures for a child missing in a federal building.  Libraries are a favorite spot amongst families, so knowing what to do for a Code Adam is important!

• All staff will take Code Adam August 2019 (REQ) - 25(m) and complete the Acknowledgment of Course Completion

The appropriate course will appear on your Dashboard under "My Items" in EduBrite for your convenience.
