Self-Care During Hard Times

Finding it hard to take care of yourself during the pandemic? Feeling anxious, hopeless, unwell? The Metropolitan Library System will be hosting a live stream on Facebook, Sept. 22 at 7:00 p.m. with several couples and family therapists to talk about how to take good care of yourself during these strange and hard times.
