It’s time for this year’s ODL Reference Transactions Survey! The survey will run from Tuesday, September 10th through Monday, September 16th. Every year, MLS is required by ODL to conduct a Reference Transactions Survey. For one week, Library Staff are asked to keep track of all Reference Transactions with customers. This year, to make the process simpler, instead of counting both Reference and Non-Reference Transactions, we are only keeping track of Reference Transactions.

What is a Reference Transaction?

Want to learn more about ReferenceUSA?  Come join ReferenceUSA expert, Bill Carlson, at one of his upcoming workshops to learn about specific tools and techniques you can use for yourself and customers.  There will be four workshops, so choose the one that works for you! 

Staff Development Day registration has begun!

You will recieve a customized link in your email from Survey Monkey to register. Once you have completed your registration, you will recieve a confirmation email. If you do not recieve an email, you may want to go back and make sure you completed the registration. Registration must be completed by Sept. 12, 2019. All full-time staff are required to attend.
