Systems Update - Friday, March 25th, 2016

On Friday, March 25th, MyMetrolibrary and Metrolibrary.org will have limited availability while we install critical updates. This process will begin at 6:00 PM and we anticipate it will last for four (4) hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience. While we do all we can to avoid downtime and do not expect the sites to be completely down, these sites may experience slow load times as the updates are being completed.

1095 Form Q&A

  1. What is this form I’m receiving?
A 1095 form is a little bit like a W-2 form. Your employer or insurer sends one copy to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and one copy to you. A W-2 form reports your annual earnings. A 1095 form reports your health care coverage throughout the year.
  1. Who is sending it to me, when, and how?
