Materials Services Division Updates for March 2014

Since the beginning of the fiscal year a total of 10,479 customer suggestions were received in MSL. This averages out to 276 suggestions per week. In the first 2 weeks of March nearly 600 suggestions were received.

Since the beginning of the fiscal year, 22,889 titles and 154,717 items were selected and ordered for the system. This averages out to 636 titles and 4300 items per week.

Since the beginning of July, a total of 620 boxes of withdrawals and gifts were received in MSL. 332 boxes were sent to the booksale, 132 boxes of transfers and 18 boxes of gifts were sent to CAT.

From July 1, 2013 to February 21, 2014, MSL received a total of 9,581 customer suggestions, for an average of 282 per week.

Since the beginning of FY14, 20,648 titles and 139,412 items were selected and ordered. This averages to 625 titles and 4,224 items per week.

Since the beginning of July, a total of 563 boxes of withdrawals and gifts were received in MSL. 298 boxes were sent to the booksale, 122 boxes of transfers and 16 boxes of gifts were sent to CAT.

Since the beginning of July a total of 7731 customer suggestions have been received in MSL. On average we received 276 per week. In the first 2 weeks of January 565 suggestions were received.

Since the first of July, a total of 17102 titles have been selected and 114759 items ordered.

Since the beginning of July 432 boxes of withdrawals and gifts were received in MSL. During that time 242 boxes have been sent to the Friends, 111 boxes of transfers sent to CAT and 15 boxes of gifts sent to CAT.
