Human Resources

The Human Resources Department establishes, communicates, and enforces fairness in the workplace.  Apart from recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and orientating employees, the HUM Department provides services in the administration of benefits, leave management, wellness initiatives, compensation and payroll..  The HUM Department is a support for the entire system, serving as a liaison between management and employees.  The HUM Department helps address personnel issues, enforces employment standards, supports safety and our safety program, assists with implementing the best employment practices, manages performance evaluations, and interprets policy and procedure.
